Service Description

Enjoy one-on-one instruction on the equipment including Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels and Jump Board. The entire lesson will be programmed specifically for you! With our hands our teaching approach, we teach you how to engage the correct muscles so you can do every movement properly. Our goal for every class is to strengthen your spine in all planes of movement, expect a full body workout every time you come in. Offered in single lessons and packages of 10, 20, and 40. The more you buy up front, the more you save!

Cancellation Policy

CVP enforces a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy for all private, duet, and group classes. If you fail to provide us with a 24 hour notice of cancellation, the price of your session will be charged in full. With proper notice, we would be happy to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time.
