Service Description

Experience traditional Matwork in a small class setting, a maximum of 15 people. With our hands our teaching approach, we teach you how to engage the correct muscles so you can do every movement properly. Hence why it is so important to us to keep our class sizes small, we want to make sure we can share the love with everybody! Enjoy a full body workout every time you come in. Strengthen your spine in all planes of movement wile incorporating props such as stability balls, BOSU®, foam rollers, rings, weights and bands! Offered in packages of 10, 20 and 40. The more you buy up front, the more you save!

Cancellation Policy

CVP enforces a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy for all private, duet, and group classes. If you fail to provide us with a 24 hour notice of cancellation, the price of your session will be charged in full. With proper notice, we would be happy to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time.
