Service Description

In your Pilates Group Lesson, expect a full body workout every time you come in. Strengthen your spine in all planes of movement wile incorporating props such as stability balls, BOSU®, foam rollers, rings, weights and bands. Offered in packages of 10 and 20. The more you buy up front, the more you save!

Cancellation Policy

CVP enforces a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy for all private, duet, and group classes. If you fail to provide us with a 24 hour notice of cancellation, the price of your session will be charged in full. With proper notice, we would be happy to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time.
