Welcome to Matwork Mondays!
A virtual experience that provides you the convenience of practicing STOTT® Pilates from your own home! Follow along with Stephany as she works out with you, offering you modifications along the way to accommodate all fitness levels. She demonstrates every exercise's proper alignment, and what not to do as well. Receive a full body workout with every video. Strengthen your spine in all planes of movement wile incorporating props such as stability balls, BOSU®, foam rollers, rings, weights and bands. This will also give you a wide variety of classes to chose from so you don't get bored and can challenge yourself in different ways!
