*We HIGHLY recommend all new students start with our New Client Package, even if you've done Pilates before, especially if you're new to Pilates or plan to transition into group classes. The STOTT® PILATES method may be different from the style of Pilates you've previously experienced. STOTT® is more anatomically and biomechanically based than the classical method and is considered the "Ivy League" of Pilates. We apply the same 5 principles to every single exercise we do. They can be applied to your everyday functional life and any form of exercise or sport you currently do as well. We strongly encourage all clients build a solid foundation of the 5 basics so you can learn the terminology, know how to perform the exercises properly and receive the greatest benefit from your workouts!
Stephany Dawidiuk
Stephany has experience teaching the STOTT PILATES® method for over 14 years and has been operating her own studio since 2012. Her love for the fitness industry started at the age of 2 when she began gymnastics. She competed 11 years and reached level 9 before an injury ended her career. Stephany explored weight training and yoga, has a strong love for dance, but it wasn't until she found Pilates that she discovered her true passion.
Stephany holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Management and an Associate’s Degree in Fitness and Exercise, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Robert Morris University. Stephany has physical therapy experience as a rehabilitation technician, and has a strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic exercises.
STOTT PILATES® certifications are considered the ‘ivy league’ of all Pilates certifications and require years of intensive study, application and observation. Stephany has completed every STOTT PILATES® course required for full certification, including Essential through Advanced Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Barrels, and Injuries & Special Populations.
